You have the wonderful option of combining any of the workouts below every week or every now and then. This is a great way to add to your workout, to challenge yourself in new ways, or to try something new.
Personal Training
Training sessions are designed with your goals in mind and can include:

Resistance Exercises - Using weights, exerbands, physioballs and/or your own body weight to improve your muscle tone and increase your metabolism.
Cardiowork to increase your heart rate and burn calories.
Stretch to increase your flexibility and keep you supple.
Yoga
One-on-one sessions are an excellent way to begin or improve your yoga practices. Yoga makes your body strong and flexible while reducing stress and improving the clarity of your mind.
Pilates

The mat exercises invented by Joseph Pilates will streamline your body and are especially effective for your lower body and abdominal muscles.
Kick Boxing

An exciting way to condition and strengthen your entire body in addition to being a great anger-management tool.
Outdoor Training

Running or Power Walking to increase speed, build up endurance and improve form. May also include circuit training. This workout was featured on NY1.
Teens

Yes, we love working with teenagers. We design workouts to help them lose weight or to improve the skills, strength and flexibility that they need for their sports.
Pre & Post Natal Workout

We have trainers who specialize in keeping you strong and energetic during your pregnancy (following the ACOG guidelines) and will bounce you back into shape after your baby arrives.
